The registration fee is £25 for the full marathon and £20 for the half marathon, which you pay online upon completing the registration form. The registration fee is non-refundable.
We ask everyone to pledge to raise £250 to support people living with cancer. Click on Your Hike in the navigation bar where we have lots of useful information and resources to help you get started.
Registration will close on Friday 18th June, or sooner if the event sells out.
It is only possible to transfer from the full marathon to the half marathon event. Please know that if you request to transfer to the lower distance the £5 difference in registration fees will not be refunded.
Transferring to the half marathon distance is not possible if the request is made less than 2 weeks before the event as registration will be closed or if the half marathon event is full.
If you wish to change from the half marathon to the full marathon you will need cancel your place and re-register for the full marathon and pay the full registration fee.
There is a 10% discount on the registration fee for teams of 5+. The discount code is generated when you complete the registration form which you need to enter in the promotional code box before proceeding to payment.
The Team Captain will receive a unique registration link in their confirmation email which can be forwarded on to any new individual who wants to join the team. Please note that the team start time may not be available if all places have been filled.
Yes, you will need to raise the minimum fundraising amount of £250 for each member of your team. You can, however, choose to split the total in any way you like between the team if some people are comfortable raising more than others.

Complimentary coaches will run from the finish back to the start from 2pm - 4pm.
Skipton station is a 30-minute taxi ride to Malham Show Fields. Complimentary coaches will run after the hike from Malham Show Fields to Skipton Station until 10pm. You can book these on the registration form.
The half marathon will start in waves 20 minutes apart, between 6.50am and 9.10am.

Registration will be open between 5pm and 8pm on the Friday before th event, and will re-open between 5.50am and 8.10am on event day.
We ask everyone to arrive one hour before their start time and no earlier.
We estimate that the fastest walkers will finish in 7.5 hours while the slowest walkers could take around 12.5 hours. Due to venue restrictions we have to start closing our finish area at 10pm.
We estimate that the fastest half marathon walkers will finish in 4 hours while the slowest walkers could take around 6 hours. Due to venue restrictions we have to start closing our finish area at 6pm.
Therefore, when you choose your start time, please select an earlier wave if you consider yourself a slower walker and a later wave if you consider yourself a faster walker.
