The registration fee is £25 which you pay online upon completing the registration form. The registration fee is non-refundable.
We ask you to pledge to raise £250 to support people living with cancer. Don’t worry we’re here to help, visit our fundraising zone for inspiration.
The deadline to register for the Thames Path Mighty Hike is midnight on Friday 3 July or when the event sells out.
There is a 10% discount on the registration fee for teams of 5+. The discount code is generated when you complete the registration form which you need to enter in the promotional code box before proceeding to payment.
The Team Captain will receive a unique registration link in their confirmation email which can be forwarded on to any new individual who wants to join the team. Please note that the team start time may not be available if all places have been filled.
The hike starts at Windsor Racecourse, Maidenhead Road, Berkshire, Windsor, SL4 5JJ. See it on this Google map.

Parking is available at the start at Windsor Racecourse and at the finish at Temple Island Meadows, Remenham, and you can book this through the registration form.
If you park at the finish at Temple Island Meadows, Remenham, complimentary shuttles will be running to the start from 6.40am – 8.55am. It’s a 30-minute drive so leave plenty of time to make it for your start. If you park at the start at Windsor Racecourse, complimentary shuttles will be running from the finish back to the start from 4pm until 10.30pm.
It is a 10-minute taxi ride from Windsor & Eton Riverside and Windsor & Eton Station to the start at Windsor Racecourse. Complimentary coaches will run from the finish at Temple Island Meadows, Remenham, to Henley Station until 10pm.
The hike will start in waves 20 minutes apart, between 8.10am and 10.30am.
Registration will be open between 5pm and 8pm on Friday 17 July and will re-open between 7.10am and 10.00am on Saturday 18 July.
We ask everyone to arrive one hour before their start time and no earlier.
We estimate that the fastest walkers will finish in 7.5 hours while the slowest walkers could take around 12.5 hours. Due to venue restrictions we have to start closing our finish area at 10pm. Therefore, when you choose your start time, please select an earlier wave if you consider yourself a slower walker and a later wave if you consider yourself a faster walker.
